- Proximal Tibial Safety Lock Plate 4.5/5.0. These plates are indicated for Proximal Extra-articular (Metaphyseal simple), proximal partial articular (Pure split or Split depression), proximal complete articular (Articular simple with Metaphyseal simple or Articula simple with Metaphyseal multifragmentary) and proximal fractures associated with shaft fracture.
- Anatomically designed plate fits over proximal condyle from lateral side.
- Low Contact plate design reduces the plate and bone contact, this feature reduces vascular trauma.
- Two K-Wire hole on the head for temporary fixation of the plate.
- Three head holes and three proximal holes allow 5.0 mm safety locking screws and rest holes on the shaft allow both 4.5 mm cortex and 5.0 mm safety locking screws.

- Medial Proximal Tibial Safety Lock Plate 4.5/5.0 is used to fix the fracture of Proximal Tibia.
- These plates are separately designed for Right and Left leg.
- The head of the plate is designed as per anatomy of the Anteromedial Proximal Tibia. Two holes on the head for the temporary fixation with Kirschner Wire.
- The head and two Proximal holes support only 5.0mm safety lock screw and the shaft of the plate supports both 4.5mm cortical and 5.0mm safety lock screw.
